Terms & appointment policy

Effective July 9, 2026 · Last updated: July 9, 2026

Clear rules so your appointment goes smoothly, with no misunderstandings. Nothing here is fine print: it's exactly what I'll tell you in person.

01Booking your appointment

Minimum price

The minimum price for any tattoo is $120 USD. The final cost depends on the size, the placement on the body and the level of detail. I'll give you an exact quote after seeing your idea.

Areas like the ribs, hands or neck have an additional cost due to complexity.

Deposit

A $50 USD deposit via Zelle is required to confirm your appointment.

Rescheduling

You can move your appointment once without losing the deposit, as long as you give 48 hours' notice or more. From the second time on, the deposit is lost and a new one is required.

Punctuality

Arriving more than 20 minutes late counts as a missed appointment, and you lose your deposit. The day is reserved for you; if you don't show up, that time can't be recovered.

02Age requirement

I tattoo only people 18 and over, with a valid photo ID. No exceptions, with or without parental permission. Florida law allows 16- and 17-year-olds to be tattooed under strict requirements, but my policy is to work only with people 18 and over.

By submitting the form, you confirm that you're of legal age. If you can't prove it when you arrive at the studio, the appointment is canceled and the deposit is lost.

03The design

You can bring references, photos or ideas. From there, I create a custom design for you. I don't copy another tattoo artist's work. I can take inspiration, adapt it and make it yours.

Every design is one of a kind. The designs I create for you are mine as artwork, and yours as a tattoo: I keep the right to photograph them and show them in my portfolio and on social media.

If you'd rather your tattoo not appear publicly, tell me before the session. No problem, and no explanation needed.

04Touch-ups and aftercare

Touch-ups are free during the first 90 days, as long as you've followed the aftercare guide.

High-wear areas (hands, feet and fingers) are quoted separately: the skin there renews quickly and no tattoo artist can guarantee the result.

Skin takes 2 to 4 weeks to heal. After the session I give you the aftercare guide as a PDF with everything you need to know.

A tattoo is permanent. Taking care of it is your responsibility.
If you have a skin condition, take blood thinners, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have any medical question, talk to your doctor before getting tattooed. I'm not a health professional and can't give you that advice.

05Use of this website

The content of wilsonescobar.com (text, tattoo photos, designs, comedy material) is my property. You can share it by linking to this website. You may not reproduce it, sell it or use it commercially without my written permission.

The forms are for genuine inquiries. Automated use, mass submissions or any attempt to abuse the system is not allowed.

06Comedy shows

Show dates, venues and times may change. Changes are announced on this website and on my social media. Tickets, when available, are governed by the terms of the venue or the platform that sells them, not by these terms.

07Limits

I do my work with the utmost care, and even so there are things I can't guarantee: how your skin reacts, how the ink ages, or how a tattoo will look ten years from now. My liability is limited to the amount you paid for the work.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

An honest note.
These terms reflect how I really work, and they're written to be understood. They weren't drafted by a lawyer. Before relying on them in a serious dispute, it's a good idea to have a Florida attorney review them.
